Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $14-$17 will be applied.
Shipping times:
- USA: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 4-6 business days
- Canada: 8-10 business days
- Australia : 4-7 business days
- Asia : 3-4 business days
- Middle East: 6-10 business days
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for remote areas.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return:

- 2. Include your order number and reason for return
- 3. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
Exchanges are also available within the 30-day period. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
